cx444 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and cx444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). cx444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via supported Bangladesh mobile financial services. At the time of publication, the supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. cx444 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cx444, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. cx444 aims to process approved withdrawals within minutes during standard operating hours, though cx444 does not guarantee any specific processing time.

All deposits to cx444 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the mobile wallet holder is not the cx444 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as third-party deposits will be confiscated and the account may be closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds (including real-money balances), and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Registering more than one cx444 account, or registering an account using false or another person's identity details.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the cx444 platform without the prior written consent of cx444, except as permitted by these Terms or as expressly authorised in writing by cx444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx444 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, network outages, or circumstances beyond cx444's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deduction of any forfeited funds will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within a reasonable period, provided that cx444 is not obligated to return funds where closure resulted from a breach of these Terms or fraud.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, each of which shall remain in full force and effect.
